This week the Saints head on over to St Louis to catch game 7 of the World Series…. I mean beat the Rams. After Monday night's absolute drubbing of the Colts the only way the Saints don't drop like 80 is if Drew Brees takes pity on them Rams. Sam Bradford looks like he'll miss this game too, not that he would give them a chance against New Orleans. Why did the Rams have to choose this year to be unexpectedly shitty? They're completely fucking over my Colts will be the last team to win a game bet.
The Saints dropped an amazing 62 points last week, 62!!!! Fuck man, that's like Madden numbers. "Tiny" Darren Sproles has amazed me with his play this year, taking over the Reggie Bush spot in the offense. He's already done more than Reggie ever did, despite his tiny stature. Sproles and Pierre Thomas both should go off this week, and also I expect a Devery Henderson bomb td.
The Saints defense is rather meh. They're about middle of the pack in all of the defensive stat categories. You don't need defense to beat the Rams though anyways. The Saints defense is a little plagued by injuries right now too, Jonathon Vilma looks unlikely to play with a knee injury and Sedrick Ellis was limited in practice with an ankle injury (Mike N'apoli he is not.)
The Rams are likely without their "star" quarterback this week. As much as I think Sam Bradford is completely overrated the Rams can't win without him on this team. AJ Feeley is not going to win them games.
