Last week I picked up Demarco Murray for my shitty fantasy team #HumbleBrag. Even Demarcos amazing 253 yards and 1 touchdown weren't enough to help me win though (couldn't score more than once? Lazy bastard.) Last week like me, the Eagles had their bye week. Andy Reid is undefeated coming off of bye weeks in his career as a head coach, that's pretty good. Did they upgrade their linebackers over the bye though? Nope? Ok Demarco, time to run roughshod.
It's never a good situation when a starter goes down, but Felix Jones may as well change his name to Wally Pipp now. I'm not trying to say Demarco Murray is going to be an all-time great, just that he'll seem like one compared to Felix Jones. The Cowboys really do need an effective running game for their offense to go. If they have Tony Romo throw too much then he's gonna make mistakes. There are still some people who consider Tony Romo good, which makes me laugh. He's a bit better than mediocre and doesn't make sound decisions. Just look at how he dumped Carrie Underwood for Jessica Simpson.
The Cowboys defense has been solid under new coordinator Rob Ryan. They currently sit at the #1 ranking for rushing defense in the league. They've had some problems in the secondary early in the season which makes their 7th overall ranking in total yards against all the more impressive.
The Eagles offense has been good at racking up the yards, even at putting up points, but they're still just 2-4 despite being 3rd in total yards. The big problem for them this year has been big, stupid, and backbreaking mistakes. Michael Vick has thrown 8 interceptions already, after throwing only 6 over the regular season last year.

Bottom Line: This is a rivalry game so anything can happen. I expect a close game where Dallas uses the run and play action for an effective offense that controls the clock. Eagles may very well win, but I expect the 'boys to cover.
