Indianapolis Colts @ Tennessee Titans (+3)
Both the Colts and Titans are in desperate need of a victory on Thursday night, as they have combined to lose 8 straight games, with the Titans losing 5 straight. Each teams losing streak begun after gaining control and earning first place in the AFC south.
Peyton Manning has thrown for 11 interceptions in his past 3 games, and faces a Titans defense that ranks 8th in the NFL with 15 interceptions. Unfortunately for the Titans, they are 0-3 without Vince Young this season, and have lost 3 straight games to the Colts.
One of the reasons as to why Manning has been picked off so many times would be the Colts lack of a run game as of late, as they have averaged just 54.6 yards on the ground over the last 5 games. The Colts will once again be without Joseph Addai and Mike Hart. Over that same time span of 5 weeks, the Titans have allowed 159.4 rush yards per game, which is 4th worst in the NFL.
The Titans offense has been inept as of late, as they have scored just 6 points in their last 2 contests, and havent scored an offenseive touchdown in just over 13 quarters.
My Pick: Indianapolis Colts (-3)
I think the Colts will get just enough of a run game this week against the Titans that will surely open up the Colts passing game. Peyton Manning will bounce back with a great game tonight, and once again, the Titans will fail to score enough points to even come close in this one.
