98th Grey Cup Preview
The Saskatchewan Roughriders and the Montreal Alouettes will both be trying to pick up a win on Sunday when they battle at Commonwealth Stadium in the Grey Cup.
Oddsmakers currently have the Alouettes listed as 3½-point favorites versus the Roughriders, while the game’s total is sitting at 51.
The Roughriders defeated Calgary 20-16 as a 7.5-point underdog in the Western Final. The combined score fell UNDER the posted total (55).
Darian Durant passed for 180 yards with two touchdowns and an interception, while Chris Getzlaf caught eight passes for 109 yards and a touchdown in that win.
The Alouettes defeated Toronto 48-17 as a 10-point favorite in the Eastern Final. The combined score went OVER the posted total (51).
Anthony Calvillo passed for 334 yards with two touchdowns and an interception for Montreal, and Avon Coburne rushed for 163 yards and a score on 17 carries.
