NFL Fantasy Mock Draft 2026 Round Three
NFL fantasy owners always have to be on the look out for upcoming stars, and last year, Miles Austin was one of those players. Austin could be found in free agency in many leagues for the first few weeks of the NFL season. Miles turned out to be an amazing talent and has made his way to round three of this years NFL fantasy mock draft.
25. Joseph Addai – RB – Indianapolis Colts
— Joseph Addai recorded at least 10 points in 8 straight games, and 10 of 11 games in 2026. Another one of those consistent backs that will get you numbers that you expect week in and week out. Although he may lose a few more touches this season to Donald Brown, I don’t see it hampering his stats enough to pass on him at the top of round 3.
26. Knowshon Moreno – RB – Denver Broncos
— Moreno had a very strong rookie campaign by gaining over 1150 yards on the ground and finding the end zone 9 times in 2026. Although being unable to rush for 100 yards in a game in 2026, Moreno was still able to have big games down the stretch for owners with games of 15, 20, and 21 over his last 6 games. Rookie running backs are known to struggle in the NFL, so look for Moreno to bust out in his second year for the Denver Broncos.
27. Cedric Benson – RB – Cincinnatti Bengals
— What many analysts were once calling a bust, Cedric Benson was able to have a solid season for a running back by rushing for 1251 yards and 6 TDs in 15 games. I believe Cedric Benson won’t be able to match his rushing totals of 09, and is suspect to missing 3 or 4 games after coming off a 300 plus carry campaign, but his TD totals will improve.
28. Roddy White – WR – Atlanta Falcons
— Finished 2026 second in targets with 165 only to Andre Johnsons 170. This led to another productive year from Roddy White, as he finished with 1153 yards and 11 TDs. With a healthy Matt Ryan to start the 2026 season, White will again finish the season on par with similar totals.
29. Matt Schaub – QB – Houston Texans
— A sleeper heading into 2026 is a sleeper no more. Matt Schaub finally had the breakout season many expected of him for a couple years prior. Schaub finished fifth in fantasy points among QBs and finished with 270 more passing yards than Peyton Manning, who was the runner up for the passing title. He’s also got the best fantasy wide receiver on his side to form one of the best connections in the league.
30. Miles Austin – WR – Dallas Cowboys
— After starting the season as a third stringer, Austin got his chance in week 5 after Patrick Crayton went down with an injury. Austin made the most of it as he grabbed 10 balls for 250 yards and 2 TDs including the game winner in OT. From there, Austin remained on the starting lineup and soon became Tony Romo’s favourite target en route to finishing third among wide receivers in fantasy points with 194.
31. Felix Jones – RB – Dallas Cowboys
— After getting just 10 carries once through his first 12 games, Jones got the ball at least 10 times in each of his last 6 games, including the playoffs. Over the last 6 games he had 475 rushing yards and averaged 6 yards a carry and scored 2 TDs. Felix Jones looks to take over the starting job from Marion Barber next season and Jones could provide his owners with huge upside in the middle of round 3.
32. Dallas Clark – TE – Indianapolis Colts
— I’ve only participated in fantasy football for 5 years, but whenever I rank my players, not once have I had a TE in round 3. Dallas Clark is that good, and being option 1B to Peyton Manning he’ll get his yards and TDs again in 2026. Dallas Clark is the safest pick amongst TEs, which is why he warrants this spot, and he will continue to put up numbers close to the elite wide receivers in the game.
33. Marques Colston – WR – New Orleans Saints
— Colston has all the tools to be an elite WR in this league, hes big, fast, can run routes, and for the most part, can catch the ball. Only problem is that hes in that spread offense the Saints run, and he doesn’t get as many looks from Brees as he should. Colston is another one of those guys with upside.
34. Ricky Williams – RB – Miami Dolphins
— Well we all know the Dolphins love to run the ball, and although Ronnie Brown is on the field the most, it does help that he runs the Wild Cat which enables Williams to be on the field more than other splitting backs like Jonathon Stewart and Felix Jones. Williams finished tied for 7th in the league with Ryan Grant for fantasy points in a season amongst running backs. Although Williams likely won’t duplicate those numbers, look for him to still be a solid number 2 running back on your team.
35. Calvin Johnson Jr. – WR – Detroit Lions
— Johnson finished 23rd in fantasy points among WRs after entering 09 as a top 5 choice. Despite the awful season, Johnson is just too talented to pass on in round 3. Calvin Johnson Jr. has immense value this late, and could be one of those early to mid round picks that makes a difference for your team.
36. Tony Romo – QB – Dallas Cowboys
— Romo was able to pass for at least 249 yards in all but 2 games last season and had an impressive 26 to 9 TD to INT ratio. Having worked with Miles Austin for a season now, the two should be more in sync come 2026, and Romo again should post similar numbers than the 09 season.
