NFL Fantasy Mock Draft 2026 Round Eight
This round consists of a couple of aging wide receivers in Derrick Mason and Terrell Owens, who still may have something left in the tank. It also includes two future stars at the wide receiver position in Jeremy Maclin and Kenny Britt, who may be steals here if they can provide their owners with a break out season in their sophomore years.
85. Derrick Mason – WR – Baltimore Ravens
— Currently contemplating retirement. Mason still has another season in the tank, as he's still a terrific route runner and a very smart player. He will still manage to produce Low end number two WR numbers.
86. Jeremy Maclin – WR – Philadelphia Eagles
— Finished 09 with 762 yards receiving and 7 TDs. He has improved as a route runner over the course of his rookie season and will also have the help of an improved DeSean Jackson opposite him to steer defenses away from him.
87. T.J. Houshmandzadeh – WR – Seattle Seahawks
— A down year in his first season with the Seahawks. Housh will get another full off-season to finer tune his game with Matt Hasselbeck, and he should improve on his '09 totals.
88. Kevin Smith – RB – Detroit Lions
— Still the likely starter when he returns healthly. A return for week 1 is still in question, so keep an eye on Aaron Brown, the current back up for the Lions.
89. Philadelphia Eagles Defense/Special Teams
— Ranked 3rd in the league in takeaways and 12th in overall Defense. Finished second in fantasy points among defenses. With the addition of OLB Will Witherspoon and the return of MLB Bradley Stewart, it looks as if the Eagles Defense will be among the leaders again in 2026.
90. Cadillac Williams – RB – Tampa Bay Buccaneers
— Will Cadillac be able to go a full 16 games this season? If so, hes higher on this list, I think he'll get 12 starts.
91. Joe Flacco – QB – Baltimore Ravens
— Joe Flacco made steady improvements in 2026 in comparison to his rookie year. He looks poised and accurate in the pocket, and continues to mature every game.
92. Terrell Owens – WR – Buffalo Bills
— Likely won't return to Buffalo, and if he can catch on with a contender, Owens just may have something left in the tank.
93. Minnesota Vikings Defense/Special Teams
— The defense is anchored by Jared Allen, Kevin Williams, and Pat Williams on the line as they've combined for 48 sacks, tops in the league. They also ranked 6th in Total Defense and 2nd in Rush Defense. Not only are they good on D, but they also have Percy Harvin in the return game, where he brought 2 TDs to the house this past season.
94. Kenny Britt – WR – Tennessee Titans
— Britt had a great rookie season and continued to show growth despite playing with two different quarterbacks. With Vince Young gaining full confidence in Jeff Fisher, look for Britt to have an excellent rapport with Young in 2026.
95. Dwayne Bowe – WR – Kansas City Chiefs
— Entering the 2026 season, Matt Cassel brought value towards Bowe, but it never worked out as Cassel has been a year one disappointment. Bowe has the talent, but it looks like he doesn't have the quarterback.
96. Willie Parker – RB – Pittsburgh Steelers
— Willie Parker is now giving way to Rashard Mendenhall as the lead guy in Steel town. Likely to only get at most 30% of the touches in 2026, Parkers stock has fallen a lot.
